I've been so blessed to work with some amazing people over the last year in this course--each time I teach it, I continue to develop it to make it more meaningful and practical. In this 60 day group, we have a good time, and some deep discussions, and it's truly a COURSE for sure--with activities and assignments and such--all with the goals of helping you be the best, most healthy self you can be, in order to go out and do those things that you've been called and gifted to do in this world. =)
The Whole Food Nutrition course is a dynamic and intensive 60 days of focusing on whole foods for energy and nutrition, dealing with challenging food habits, and making a specific plan for long term success. We do this through:
Private FB page, for encouragement and accountability;
Weekly food logs, recipes, and other 'how-to' resources;
Three personalized one-on-one coaching calls to discuss and develop a plan based on your wellness goals, including key 'non-food' related areas of health;
Daily food and nutrition content and teaching videos.
We get started in our 'getting to know you' and prep time this next week, the week of January 2nd--and you can join in anytime before Friday, January 6th!
